I like the fact that this boat has a lot of table games. The dealers could be more friendly. Maybe they are under the gun?

I've been to enough casinos to know that this casino is one I will NEVER return to! From the minute we got there, it was horribly loud with the slot machines, (no nice background music as ever other 'boat' I've been to), the dealers never cracked a smile or talked(as if they are not allowed to), it was too crowded, the majority of the patrons were rude as well, acting territorial(like a dog xxxxing on a firehydrant.) Machines were tight, tables were losers(for everyone it seemed) and I went away totally stressed out! I have no problem losing as long as I'm having fun. I lost. The experience was not fun. And it was not relaxing and enjoyable as it should be! Never again!!!!!!!

I would like to know why it is that you have no limits to your check cashing? All the other riverboats have a limit!! I was on your boat & I can not believe how many checks I had cashed!! I am in great financial, as well as marital disaster thanks to you!!! I am dealing with my problems as best I can, I am hoping to keep my family together!! I feel that you too are responsible for allowing this to happen!!How dare you sit back & let people with gambling problems have the kind of access to money that I was allowed to have!! Until that night I never dreamed of myself as a person with a problem in gambling. Thanks for setting me straight!!!
