Be careful if you are signing up for a Crystal Palace account!! I signed up with the promise of a $150 match if I deposited $150. The $150 match never came and I have been ignored from customer service ever since. I haven't been able to get ahold of anybody.
Beware.

I have been coming to the Crystal Palace for the last 20 years. We come every April and May, and we will be there this year starting on the 27th of April. My comment is this: I feel that the casion needs and overhaul, it's starting to look a little run down compared to Paradise Island, which we never go to, we feel they are rude there, anyway, the casino needs to get more in the mainstream as far as the games go, you have no bonus Pai Gow, no poker rooms, and the High roller room is always closed most of the time at night, but I one thing you do have that keeps me coming back are your people. They are very plesant to be around, Phil Steinberg does a great job. However being an entertainer/singer/promoter we would like to see better shows in the showroom, something that people can identify with. I would love to put an All Star show in there. Overall we still love your place and we will continue to come there.
