this casino is a complete dive !!!!!!!!!!!!dont waste your time ............it is very unfriendly if your white... if you like hassles and no PAYOUTS!!!!!!!!!! you will love this hell hole on earth!

They have recently made procedure changes to reduce the wait-time problems. Things are a lot better, and with some of the pressure off the staff they seem to be happier and more friendly.
I've seen great improvement in the last several months. Give this casino another chance.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS CASINO, I HAVE RARELY WAITED MORE THAN 10 MIN. FOR A REFILL OR JACKPOT PAYOUT. THIS CASINO IS VERY CLEAN AND THE FLOOR WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. I STRONGLY ENJOY MY VISITS TO THIS CASINO. THE BUFFET IS MAGNIFICENT IN VARIETY AND TASTE.

Biggest hole in the midwest. Atmosphere is smokey you cant even breathe. Slot attendants are rude, takes forever to get fills, counter people are rude, drink people seem like they'd rather dump a drink ON you then serve it to you. Blackjack is a joke. A few nice dealers, most are incompetant. The blackjack supervisors are complete idiots and a shift supervisor named DAVE seems to know NOTHING about whats going on. Stay away from this joke of a casino. Good hamburgers.

Big Casino, alot of machines, all seem to be very tight, seems like you have to look long and hard to find anyone winning. Service in the casino is terrible, payouts or refills on the machines often take over 1/2 hour. Counter people are rude and good luck finding a waitress to get you a drink! Don't waste your time here.

huge casino,huge parking lot,nice hotel,and resturants,bad service in the casino,,,long waits for machines to be filled,and jackpot payouts,,
