As regular players at your Casino, we are disappointed in the payouts. We can play the $.25 slots for much longer at the Burnaby Casino or at the Riverboat for the same amount of money; therefore we are travelling further to play there more and more. It is a shame, because we live near the Gateway Casino in New West. and spend a horrendous amount of money each month on playing. We have heard many others complaining that the payoffs are lousy. We should at least be able to get a few minutes play out of a $20 bill.
