I have been to Casino Rama many times. But I must say the last time I went I was really ticked off. You are too short staffed. I always go on a bus tour and must leave at a certain time. We are only there for 5 hours and I understand that the expected wait time for someone to fill your machine or claim your winnings is 1 1/2 hours. That is certainly unreasonable when you are on a bus trip. The last time I went (Civic Holiday) I had to leave money in the machine. I rang the bell at 5:00 and there still wasn't anybody at the machine at 5:40 p.m. In fact I didn't even see anybody on that end of the casino except for a guy fixing the jams. I left $15 in the machine (not a lot but when you've lost $200 it is a lot) and a friend of mine on the bus had to leave $66 in the machine. Have you ever thought of going the way Hull is. For one thing the machines give you quarters not tokens so if you're running late you take the quarters home. Plus they give you the money when they come to the machine providing it's an even number (no cents). They have a purse on them. Another thing have you taken out a lot of the quarter machines to make way for $1 machines. That huge casino and it was really hard finding a machine. All the nickle machines were taken up too. Until these things are remedied I will be going to Hull and giving my money to Quebec. At least I travel 2 hours there to play not wait for an attendent to fill my machine. Thanks for your time.

Two thumbs up is all i can say ,these people always friendly make me feel welcome ,use your players passport card people the comps at rama r all worthit, including free tickets to some awesum entertainment.Bravo Rama see ya soon.

286 ALL SUITE HOTEL OPENING JUNE30/02. WILL INCLUDE 2 MORE RESTAURANTS. UPDATE THE GAMES LIST AS THIS CASINO IS UPGRADING CONSTANTLY.

THis is an awesome site, but you really need to update your info on your casinos. Rama, has more games now, and if you want to be accurate, you should list them! :) Thanks!
